BrainPredict analyzes AI recommendations from all 16 platforms and automatically schedules them into your calendar at optimal times. The system considers your calendar patterns, priorities, and work habits to find the best time slots. With Phase 4.5 v5.0.0 Predictive Intelligence Engine integration, the system can now schedule preventive actions for predicted events (150 prediction types, 94-97% accuracy) before they occur. You can enable autonomous execution to let AI execute approved actions automatically with comprehensive safety controls.

Which calendar providers are supported?

We support Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook (via Microsoft Graph API), and Apple Calendar (via CalDAV). You can connect multiple calendars and choose which one to use for AI-scheduled events.

Is it safe to let AI execute actions automatically?

Yes! We have comprehensive safety controls including: circuit breaker (stops if error rate > 5%), cost limits (default €50K per action), daily action limits (default 10 actions), approval workflows for high-value actions, and rollback capability for reversible actions. How do I enable AI Calendar Integration?

Go to Settings > Calendar, connect your calendar provider (Google, Outlook, or Apple), enable the platforms you want to integrate, and configure your preferences. You can enable autonomous execution and set approval thresholds based on your needs.

Can I customize calendar preferences?

Yes! You can customize: which platforms to integrate, working hours, time zone, buffer time between events, approval thresholds, cost limits, daily action limits, and more. All preferences are configurable in Settings > Calendar.

How does outcome verification work?

After an AI recommendation is executed, our Outcome Verification Service tracks the actual results and compares them to predicted outcomes. It calculates ROI, confidence scores, and identifies trends. This data is used to improve future recommendations through the Intelligence Bus.

What happens if I need to cancel an AI-scheduled event?

You can cancel any AI-scheduled event from your calendar or from the BrainPredict dashboard. If the event has autonomous execution enabled and hasn't been executed yet, canceling the event will prevent execution. For reversible actions that have already been executed, you can use the rollback feature.

How does Execution Success Prediction work?

Phase 8 Enhanced Autonomous Execution uses AI to predict the success probability (0-100%) of executing a calendar event. It analyzes: (1) Historical execution data from the same platform (40%), (2) Your personal execution history (30%), (3) Cross-platform execution patterns (20%), and (4) Event priority (10%). Based on the prediction, it recommends EXECUTE (high confidence) or MANUAL_REVIEW (low confidence).

What are Adaptive Safety Limits?

Phase 8 introduces adaptive safety limits that automatically adjust based on your execution success rates. If your platform success rate is high (>95%), limits increase by up to 50% (more autonomy). If success rate is low (<80%), limits decrease by up to 50% (more caution). This ensures the system adapts to your specific usage patterns and maintains safety.

Yes! AI Calendar Integration is an optional add-on (€99/month base price, scales with license count). It can be purchased with ANY BrainPredict plan and installs on your premises (not BrainPredict servers). Once installed, it's accessible from all your subscribed platforms. All Phase 8 features (Multi-Platform Orchestration, Execution Prediction, Adaptive Limits) are included in the AI Calendar add-on.
