When 494 AI models disagree, BrainPredict convenes an AI Council. All 19 platform Mixture-of-Experts routers cast a weighted vote in under 500ms. Majority decisions execute automatically. Split votes generate a Decision Card — human arbitration under EU AI Act Art. 14. AI disagreement becomes your governance advantage.
