1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

BrainPredict OÜ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Request: Email support@brainpredict.ai with your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund
2. Verification: Our billing team will verify your eligibility (typically within 1-2 business days)
3. Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Receipt: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase

Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Pro-Rata Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day money-back guarantee period:

• Months 2-6: Pro-rata refund of 50% of unused months
• Months 7-12: No refund (service continues until end of billing period)
• Calculation: Refund = (Unused months / 12) × Annual fee × 50%

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup Fees: One-time setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
• Custom Development: Bespoke features or integrations developed specifically for your organization
• Consultation Services: 1-hour consultation sessions (€100) are non-refundable once scheduled
• Training Services: Completed training sessions or workshops
• Third-Party Costs: External API costs, data storage fees, or third-party service charges
• Renewals: Subscription renewals after the initial term (only first-time purchases eligible for 30-day guarantee)

5. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time:

• Within 30 Days: Full refund under money-back guarantee
• After 30 Days: No refund; service continues until end of current billing period
• No Cancellation Fees: We never charge cancellation fees
• Self-Service: Cancel anytime via Customer Portal at brainpredict.ai/portal

6. Consultation Refund Policy

Our 1-hour consultation service (€100) has a specific refund policy:

• Before Scheduling: Full refund if requested before consultation is scheduled
• 24+ Hours Before: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled time
• Less Than 24 Hours: No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time
• No-Show: No refund for missed consultations without prior cancellation
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available up to 24 hours before scheduled time

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

1. Contact Us First: Email support@brainpredict.ai before initiating a chargeback
2. Investigation: We will investigate all billing disputes within 2 business days
3. Resolution: If an error is confirmed, we will issue a refund immediately
4. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension

8. Estonian Consumer Protection

This refund policy complies with Estonian Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
