How We Monitor Your Installation
BrainPredict runs entirely on your premises—your servers, your cloud, your data center. We never have access to your business data. However, to ensure optimal performance and provide world-class support, we collect anonymized telemetry about system health, performance metrics, and error patterns.

Technical Architecture
1. On-Premises Telemetry Agent
A lightweight telemetry agent runs within your BrainPredict installation. It collects anonymized performance metrics, sanitizes all data to remove PII, and transmits only aggregated statistics to our monitoring platform via encrypted HTTPS.
2. Data Anonymization Layer
Before any data leaves your premises, it passes through our anonymization layer. This removes all identifiable information, replaces specific values with aggregates, and ensures compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and SOC 2 requirements.
3. Centralized Monitoring Dashboard
Our support team monitors aggregated metrics from all customer installations in a centralized dashboard. We can identify performance issues, predict potential failures, and proactively reach out with solutions—all without seeing your business data.
4. Automated Alerting System
When anomalies are detected (high error rates, performance degradation, model drift), our system automatically creates support tickets and notifies your designated contacts. Critical issues trigger immediate escalation to our engineering team.
