Connect AI Calendar Integration with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other popular calendar providers.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar using OAuth2 authentication. BrainPredict will automatically create events in your primary calendar or a calendar of your choice.
Setup Instructions
- Navigate to Portal → Settings → Calendar
- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant BrainPredict permission to manage calendar events
- Select which calendar to use (default: Primary)
Permissions Required
- • calendar.events: Create, read, update, and delete events
- • calendar.readonly: Read calendar metadata and settings

Microsoft Outlook / Office 365
Connect your Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 calendar using Microsoft Graph API with OAuth2 authentication.
Setup Instructions
- Navigate to Portal → Settings → Calendar
- Click "Connect Microsoft Outlook"
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Grant BrainPredict permission to manage calendar events
- Select which calendar to use (default: Primary)

Apple Calendar (iCloud)
Connect your Apple Calendar using CalDAV protocol with iCloud credentials.
Setup Instructions
- Navigate to Portal → Settings → Calendar
- Click "Connect Apple Calendar"
- Enter your iCloud email and app-specific password
- Grant BrainPredict permission to manage calendar events
- Select which calendar to use (default: Primary)
App-Specific Password
If you have two-factor authentication enabled (recommended), you'll need to generate an app-specific password:
- Go to appleid.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Navigate to "Security" → "App-Specific Passwords"
- Click "Generate Password" and name it "BrainPredict"
- Copy the generated password and use it in BrainPredict

Security & Privacy
- Encryption: All calendar credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3
- OAuth2: We use industry-standard OAuth2 authentication - we never see your password
- ️ Minimal Permissions: We only request the minimum permissions needed to create and manage events
- ️ Data Deletion: When you disconnect, all calendar credentials are immediately deleted
- GDPR Compliant: All data stored in EU data centers (Germany) with full GDPR compliance
Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
- • Verify your credentials are correct
- • Check that you granted all required permissions
- • For Apple Calendar, ensure you're using an app-specific password
- • Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Events Not Appearing
- • Check that AI Calendar Integration is enabled in Preferences
- • Verify the platform is enabled (e.g., Commerce, Supply)
- • Check priority filtering settings
- • Ensure you haven't exceeded max events per day/week
