Honest Assessment — Where We Have Gaps
Intellectual honesty builds trust. Here is a candid read of our current limitations.
BrainPredict is not yet a household name. SAP and Salesforce have 30+ years of brand trust. We win on substance — our sales cycle needs to be proof-of-concept first, contract second.
SAP has 40 years of ERP connectors. Our 520 connectors are competitive but SAP S/4HANA native integration is still deeper for some edge cases. Roadmap: SAP BTP bi-directional sync in Q3 2026.
We are an early-stage platform. We compensate with faster deployment (25 min vs 6–18 months for competitors) and lower risk (on-premise means no vendor lock-in).
Our 499 models are domain-specialist models, not fine-tuned LLMs. We do not compete with ChatGPT or Gemini for general language tasks. OTTO uses open-weight LLMs via Ollama for NLP. This is a strength (privacy) and a limitation (raw language quality).
We cannot yet match SAP's 100K+ support organisation. We differentiate with dedicated architects and 25-minute Docker deployment that eliminates most support tickets.

BrainPredict is an Enterprise AI Operating System — not a BI tool, not a chatbot, not an analytics dashboard. It is the full AI stack: 499 proprietary domain models, a real-time cross-functional Intelligence Bus, post-quantum cryptographic audit trails, a self-healing autonomous organism (BLO), a zero-knowledge on-premise AI assistant (OTTO), and built-in EU AI Act governance.
No competitor ships this stack. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce each offer fragments. Our technical moat is the combination: depth (499 specialist models), architecture (Intelligence Bus v8), security (HAL CryptoCore PQC), and compliance (Sentinel Safety OS). Each layer individually could be replicated. The full stack, integrated and running on-premise in 25 minutes, cannot.
