How the Consortium Works

Privacy-preserving federated learning — your data never leaves your infrastructure

Register & Contribute

Register your company in the consortium via POST /api/v1/consortium/register. Specify your industry vertical. BrainPredict derives your contribution weight from data quality and volume proxy — without accessing your raw data.

Federated Weight Submission

Each federated learning round, your BrainPredict instance computes local model weight deltas from your data. Weight deltas (not raw data) are signed with Dilithium-3 and submitted to the coordination server.

DP-Gaussian Aggregation

The coordinator applies (ε=1.0, δ=1e-5)-Gaussian differential privacy noise to all weight deltas before contribution-weighted FedAvg aggregation. No raw data leaves any member organisation. Ever.

DP-Protected Leaderboard

The industry leaderboard shows cross-company AI performance with σ-noised percentiles and k≥3 anonymity guard. You see how you rank without knowing exactly who you are comparing against.
